According to the document, the first five (Giving, Relating, Exercising, Appreciating, Trying out) relate to how we interact with the outside world in our daily activities, while the second five (Direction, Resilience, Emotion, Acceptance, Meaning) come more from inside us and depend on our attitude to life.
